Every plan includes every API endpoint; the only difference is the monthly credit allowance. Credits are valid for one month from purchase, and unused credits don't roll over.

How credits workTWO WAYS TO PAY
If you work in the Throk web app, subscribe to a web plan. If you're pulling the data into your own code or AI agent, use the developer API. Each is billed separately, with its own credits.
Web app plans
Trending boards, viral-post search, ladders and AI writing in one workspace. Free includes 100 credits a day: just sign in.
Developer API
Connect Threads data to Claude, Cursor or your own service over MCP or REST. No free tier; plans are priced by monthly credits.
Credits don't carry across
Web plan credits can't be spent on API calls, and API credits can't be used in the web app. Each side is billed and expires on its own, so sign up for whichever one you need.
HOW TO CONNECT
MCP for agents, REST for services.
01 · THROK MCP
Connect Claude, Cursor or any other MCP client with one command.
02 · REST API
Or call REST directly
Throk MCP and the REST API share the same Threads API plan and monthly credits.
